Maumee volleyball splits NBC contents last week

The Maumee volleyball team split a pair of Northern Buckeye Conference matches last week, beating Genoa, 3-0, and losing to Oak Harbor, 3-1.
The Panthers ended the weekend 2-5 overall and 2-2 in the conference.
Maumee opened the week with a 25-20, 25-15, 25-22 win over the Comets.
Autumn Draper led the Panthers at the net with 12 kills and three blocks. Sydney Genot added five kills, five service aces and six blocks, and Lydia Christenson had four kills and a block.
Julia Coutcher had a team-high 14 digs, and Kirsten Green had 10.
Brooke Kwiatkowski had 18 assists and 12 digs.
Later in the week, Maumee went on the road and lost, 19-25, 25-20, 18-25, 12-25, at Oak Harbor.
Draper had 15 kills and two blocks, Genot added eight kills, and Kennedi King had seven kills, five blocks and four aces.
Green led the Panthers with 16 digs, and Coutcher added 12.
Kwiatkowski had 28 assists and 13 digs.
